Being a first time buyer, I was very nervous about making such a large investment.  In addition, being a single career woman, I was even more concerned that I would not get correct details or direction in my buying decision and would end up making a costly decision. Going into the entire event, I truly had no intentions to buy and simply wanted to get an idea of what was out there.  In Seattle, real estate is much higher than what I’m used to from my Midwest roots. 

But, Sandy did a fabulous job talking me through the financial details (as I had zero knowledge in this area).  In addition, her continuous patience over the months were unimaginable!  She made the entire process easy, fluid and no work at my end…which makes life easy after long days at work!  After supplying her with my likes and dislikes and one day of visiting some homes, she quickly was in tune to what I was looking for…maybe even more so than myself!She was courteous enough to pick me up and supply me with my list of homes we would be looking at that day, without me even sending ONE suggestion.  After a few months, I had found the place of my dreams…and had gone into things thinking it would never happen and I’d never be ready to buy.  She knew instantly that I loved this place (after the MANY, MANY places we looked at).  And due to this, she was relentless with the agent to ensure my offer was a strong acknowledgement by the buyers….and, sure enough!  I am now officially a home-owner.

Sandy made one of the scariest life situations so easy…I still almost cannot believe that I’m a home owner and in this beautiful house!
