This is a challenging market, to say the least.  You need an aggressive agent who will work hard to bring your buyer.  Of course I market your home in all the usual places, but I also market directly to other agents who have buyers of their own--in addition to the buyers I'm working with myself.  I also provide services at no cost to you that some agents won't even offer you.

The bottom line is that you want your home sold.  You're not hiring an agent to boost his or her own ego or worse, just tell you what you want to hear--You should be told the truth about your home's market value and you should be provided with instant feedback from each buyer who sees it.  Speaking of buyers--Your time should not be wasted with visits from unqualified or unmotivated buyers.  Quality is definately more important than quantity. I'll tell you exactly what price to list your home at if you want to actually sell it.  If you list too high initially, thinking you can just drop the price later on, you'll end up losing money.  Do it right the first time and you'll save time and money.
