Pat Deptuch has been Re/Max's top selling agent in the Pacific Northwest since 1999.
Prior to that she was #1 with Windermere and Coldwell Banker where she learned how to sell homes in 1990 which was one of the most difficult downward markets where 25% of homes were selling as short sales. When she arrived in Washington in 1995 she found that many brokers had never heard the word short sale and so she has a 19 year jump in experience on what in 2008 and 2009 has become one of the most increasingly common sales.
