February 2010My husband and I met Jennifer through a recommendation of one of our friends in 2008.  Since then we have used Jennifer’s professional service to sell and buy our homes.  Our first real estate experience really established our professional relationship. Jennifer was always on top of it and was more like a counselor for us, as we had no choice but wait it out month after month of no news if the deal was going to go through.  We would see interest rates go up and up and there was nothing we could do.  Friends would buy homes and be moved in and we were still waiting.  This limbo time was difficult since there was no guarantee that this house would be our home and didn’t know if we needed to look at other homes.  As luck would have it we finally closed approximately four months after we placed our offer and the same week we found out we were expecting our first child.  Perfect timing. 

We did get our dream home thanks to Jennifer’s perseverance, professionalism and knowledge.  I have worked with other real estate agents and none can compare with her to her ethics, marketing, communication and experience.  If you are lucky enough to find Jennifer I would give her my highest recommendation and you should be confident that you will be treated with respect and dignity.

When I decided to sell my townhouse it was a spur of the moment decision. I was very lucky to have a great agent like Jennifer help me through it.
