BACKGROUND
Prior to joining the real estate industry, Bonnie enjoyed an aviation career as a major airline pilot.
As a full time real estate agent since 2002, Bonnie has taken the skills learned in her previous career as an airline pilot and applied them to helping her real estate clients. Emotionally perceptive by nature and logical by training, Bonnie offers the best of both worlds to her clients, helping clients through the often emotional process of buying and selling their personal residence, or helping investors through the logical process of deciding whether an investment makes sense. Qualities learned from her training, such as professionalism, leadership, attention to detail, and a high level of accountability make her the ideal real estate agent to help you achieve your real estate goals. She also values continuing education, in order to keep current on the issues that affect you.
PHILOSOPHY
Bonnie puts you in the captain’s seat by giving you all of the information to make wise real estate decisions that fit with your overall financial plans. Her goal is to develop a lifelong business relationship with you, as much of her business is based on referrals and repeat business from past clients and partnerships with current colleagues.
Bonnie is a lifelong learner and applies what she learns to better assist her clients and colleagues. She attends classes and seminars on a regular basis. The most recent classes taken include classes in commercial and investment real estate, 1031 tax deferred exchanges, and customer care.
